About the Role and the Team Certilogo is a fast-growing fashion tech company, part of eBay group, offering a ground breaking SaaS solution tailored to the needs of fashion and luxury brands. Our platform empowers brands with sophisticated tools for digital transformation, streamlining operations, and improving customer engagement through a pioneering Digital Product Passport (DPP). We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive our growth and increase our market presence. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing our marketing strategy to establish our brand as the go-to DPP solution for fashion and luxury companies. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing, from brand positioning and content creation to digital campaigns and performance analytics, working closely with a Content Manager, a Marketing Program Manager, and external agencies. You will collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to craft marketing initiatives that drive engagement, conversion, and long-term dedication. What You Will Accomplish: Develop and implement marketing strategies: Create and complete data-driven marketing plans to build brand awareness, generate leads, and support customer retention. Content Management: Collaborating with the Content Manager and our PR and Communication agencies, support the development of an effective editorial plan and the production of high-quality, engaging content (blogs, case studies, social media, email marketing) that resonates with the fashion and luxury audience. Digital Marketing Campaigns: Collaborating with the Marketing Program Manager, oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid advertising, as applicable) to generate sales leads. Event marketing: Define the events calendar and support participation in industry events, webinars, and conferences to boost brand visibility and establish thought leadership within the fashion tech space, collaborating with the Marketing Program Manager. Brand positioning and messaging: Define and refine the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and communications. Public Relations: Lead briefings and relationships with our PR agency, making sure we improve our investment to develop and reinforce our brand positioning through events, media relations, and public speaking opportunities. Market research and analysis: Conduct or leverage market research to stay ahead of industry trends, customer preferences, and driven dynamics, applying insights to optimize marketing strategies. Lead generation and funnel management: Collaborate with the sales team and Marketing Program Manager to develop effective lead generation strategies and handle the marketing-sales funnel. Design and develop effective sales materials that support sales and generate conversion. Performance analysis and reporting: Support the Marketing Program Manager to measure and analyze the efficiency of marketing campaigns and strategies, aiming at providing regular reports on ROI and other KPIs. Partnerships and collaborations: Identify and foster partnerships with influencers, fashion brands, and industry leaders to improve brand credibility and reach. What You Will Bring: Demonstrated ability in marketing, preferably within fashion tech, SaaS, or the fashion/luxury industry. Strong understanding of the fashion industry and its outstanding marketing challenges. Good understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, AdWords, social media platforms) and CRM software. Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and design teams. A passion for fashion, technology, and innovation. Experience in marketing to luxury brands and high-end fashion clients is preferable. Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus. J-18808-Ljbffr
