Join our team and start your journey today The Programmable Platform Specialist is part of the Product Management Team and in particular of the iPro Platform Team responsible for the programmable platform portfolio following both the product development and the related sales tools. The team is transversal to all verticals followed and should prioritize best opportunities for Food Service, Food Retail and HVAC together with the Market Product Managers. He/She/They will have the responsibility to train customers about programable products during the customer engagement phase, with webinars or face-to-face mode. In order to guarantee maximum product adoption, He/She/They will also develop tools such as presentations, videos, examples of how to use the product as well as documentation. Besides, He/She/They will support the development of our system integrator network both externally as well as with the internal software development teams. Responsibilities: Training of customer’s software development teams or system integrators Support on product launch presentations: slides, videos, webinar Development of tools: templates, examples, function blocks and applications Specify best practices and architectures while programming in iPro in order to facilitate customer usage and reuse Supports iPro product management in collecting product requirements Supports customers on web development pages Supports customers on related tools: HMI programming Requirements: Technical/Electronics degree or equivalent Demonstrated teaching capabilities Knowledge on PLC products Knowledge of PLC code development, in particular ST, FBD, SFC Software development knowledge: C/C++, HTML, JavaScript MCU development knowledge is a plus Knowledge of Refrigeration or HVAC is a plus Italian Language Demonstrated good English fluency in speaking and in writing 3rd language is a plus Problem analysis and problem-solving skills Interpersonal and interdepartmental communication Our Commitment to Our People Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
