Job Description The candidate will be part of Group Project Governance, within Chief Planning & Performance Office of Nexi Group, in an organisation working seamlessly across all European countries and all Nexi Businesses & Regions, with the objective of governing projects, steering key strategic initiatives approvals and monitoring overall investment portfolio from Financial perspective. The candidate will actively contribute to continuously improve project processes and efficiency, having the unique opportunity to develop a Group-wide view of project portfolio while impacting key investment decisions, also working in strict collaboration with Strategic Planning team. The candidate will be responsible for actively supporting the governance of the project portfolio of Nexi Group, in particular he/she will: Assess, review and improve the executive views of the project portfolio to be presented to all Management meetings / Boards / ExCos / etc. Prepare and maintain standard and regular full pictures of investments statuses, budgets, actuals costs and expected benefit cases Actively support investments approval process and project portfolio lifecycle, in strict collaboration with other senior team members Contribute, improve and automate project lifecycle activities of the team (project approvals, budget releases, actuals monitoring, budget shifts, etc.) Support projects Budget and Forecast processes, in strict collaboration with Strategic Planning team The candidate will have: Master or equivalent in Engineering / Economics Excellent English / Italian language skills Positive attitude to work under pressure Developed soft skills to work in a multi-country environment and with a multitude of stakeholders Good Excel / PowerPoint skills New grad / up to 3 year experience J-18808-Ljbffr
