Graphic Designer

Roles and Responsibilities Job Description: The Graphic Designer will assist the Marketing department in developing, establishing and maintaining marketing strategy design to meet organisational objectives. The Graphic designer will assist with the overall layout and production designs for banners, social media posts, website graphics etc. Also meet specific commercial or promotional needs, such as packaging, display logos, or imagery for print and digital uses. Key responsibilities: Social posts: Creating visually engaging social media content tailored for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook etc.). Website banners: Designing attention-grabbing banners for the website to promote key products, sales, or events. Static or animated banners that fit website layout specifications. Weekly emailers: Creating designs for email newsletters and promotional emails sent to subscribers. Template designs for weekly communications, with a focus on seasonality, new arrivals, or sales events. Resizing artwork for in-store attributes (Summer/Winter, etc.): Adapting artwork to fit different in-store displays. In-office fun creatives: Designing internal, light-hearted materials such as posters. Screensavers: Creating screensavers or desktop wallpaper designs that are used on company computers. Editing of stills for Shopify: Editing product images for display on the Shopify store, ensuring consistency in style, lighting, and background across the store. Cropping, colour correction, background removal, and ensuring images meet Shopifys size and resolution standards. Images in various sizes optimised for the product page, thumbnail, and collection views. Email Marketing: creatives, copy, and sending: In charge of the entire email marketing process, from concept to execution, including design, written content, and scheduling. Shoe allocation uploads to Shopify: Uploading and managing inventory for shoes on the Shopify platform. Accurate and timely uploads of shoe product details, pricing, descriptions, and stock levels to Shopify.
