Recruitment Consultant – Newbury
Salary £20-26k per annum plus Excellent Commission
We are one of the UK’s leading recruitment companies in the Social Work sector and we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant, who understands the recruitment process and can produce regular placements to join us.
The industry we work in is highly relationship based - we supply our Qualified Social Workers into Local Authorities / Councils, where we have a number of long term contracts in place that provide us with a regular supply of new jobs, both permanent and locum.
This post is to increase growth in our locum division. We have all of the contracts and business in place for you to hit the ground running and start earning commission immediately!

We already have the client base in place, we’ve got a great reputation across the industry and all the tools needed to continue our growth in the future but the focus of our growth right now is on finding a confident and experienced Recruiter, who can comfortably manage a 360 recruitment process or someone who is a fast learner with the ability to work hard!
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Resourcing the best candidates in the marketplace
* Using our in house CRM to find and attract Social Workers known to us
* Speaking to clients to gather information about current vacancies and learn more about their teams and targets, to ensure we find the right people
* Networking with RPO Account Managers to enhance our relationship with them
* Utilising social media to widen your network
* Meeting face to face with Social Workers to register them with our agency
You Will Need:
* A minimum of 6 months experience within a 360 recruitment role or a Sales background
* A 'Can do' attitude and lots of enthusiasm
* Passion
* Resilience
* The desire to work hard and achieve in a target driven environment
