Accounts Receivable Assistant - Spanish Speaking

Job Description
We are seeking a Spanish Speaking Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our client in Darlington. This is a temporary role until end of March 2025. Based on the Darlington Site. This is a hybrid role, on average you will be in the office 2 days a week. During the training period this will be more.
Responsibilities:
Interacting via telephone and e-mail with other departments across the business.
General admin tasks
To work with a high volume of internal and external customers over the telephone and via e-mail
Prepare reports
Work closely with teams as appropriate to resolve any Accounts Receivable issues and to build, open and honest partnerships.
Work cross-functionally with multiple Business Units and customers to identify potential problems and also potential solutions.
Fully participate in continual improvement projects related to Accounts Receivable processes.
Work as a key part of a multi skilled team.Required Skills/Qualifications
1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of Spanish
High attention to detail who are open and friendly communicators.
5 x GCSEs (A*-C grade including Maths and English) or NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration is preferred
Experience of working in a client focused role using the telephone and e mail.
Experience of MS Office including intermediate Excel skills.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to establish strong customer relationships
Ability to prioritise work effectively
Excellent organisational skills.
To cover additional responsibilities within the team where needed.This role is Monday to Friday and pays £13.13ph
