About the Role Duty Manager at Camden Bar & Kitchen

Pay Rate: £13.17 (+ as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am, bringing your rate of pay to £14.67 per hour.)

Shift Pattern: 03:00 am - 11:00 pm, including weekends.

Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.
Due to some responsibilities within the Duty Manager role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and will be required to handle and serve alcohol. A Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of a bar, contributing to creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing excellent customer service. This multifaceted role requires a combination of technical skills, interpersonal abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
