Business Development Associate - Salary between £ 25000 - £35000

A bit about the job:
The Broker Development Associate team drive efficiency and continuity of process through the Broker Development function in the Commercial GI space. The role is working alongside the Broker Development Management team to ensure seamless execution of service for our Global, National and Independent brokers across all regions. You will work alongside third party data platforms and key internal stakeholders to drive better pipeline opportunities and build strong internal networks. You will also deal with a wide range of queries received in to our dedicated mailbox or phone line, via BDMs or directly from their brokers and you'll play a key part in identifying efficient ways to support them both.

- Starting salary between £ 25000 - £35000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
