Keenan Recruitment is delighted to have been retained by a leading, well respected and fast growing manufacturing firm to recruit for a permanent, full-time dynamic and motivated Marketing Manager, to help expand their market presence across UK and Ireland. With a rich heritage and commitment to quality, our client prides themselves on delivering exceptional products and services to their customers. Location: Newtownabbey/Colin Glen area (Office based across two sites). Salary: £43-47k depending on experience + performance related bonus. However, our client is open to negotiate. Private healthcare package. Career progression opportunities. Hours:Full-time, Monday to Friday. Job Summary: As Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance the firms brand presence and drive sales. You will work closely with the sales and product development teams to create and implement marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the company product offerings and value propositions to their target audience. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy Development: Assist in the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote company products across the UK and Ireland. Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media, to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for various marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, press releases, blog posts, and social media updates. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, monitor industry trends, and gather competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategies. Event Coordination: Organise and manage trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to showcase company products and engage with potential customers. Digital Marketing: Oversee the company's online presence, including website management, SEO, PPC advertising, and social media marketing. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring effective segmentation and targeting for marketing campaigns. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to inform future activities. Brand Management: Uphold and promote the firms brand values and identity in all marketing activities and communications. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in a senior marketing role. Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content management systems. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong organisational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
