Job Title: Fleet Administrator

Start Date: 18 November 24

Contract Length: 4 months contract with possibility to extend

Hours : 40 hours per week

Rate: £11.96

Location: Kingswood, WS11


Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Fleet Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to inbound customer inquiries efficiently and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.


What you'll be doing;

● Assist in the gathering of data from various sources and updating the fleet management

system

● Assist in the distribution of management information reports

● Providing customer support on fleet system queries and work flows

● Working with large data sets

● Develop your skills in IT and data analysis

● Effective record keeping, filing and updating KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

● Produce timely and accurate internal reports as agreed with line manager

● To deal with all customer contact effectively, and courteously, in line with policies and

procedures

● To maintain manual and computerised systems including inputting data and keeping records.


What we're looking for;

Ideally, have a transport and logistics or fleet and asset maintenance background

● Minimum 5 GCSE Grade 4 / C or equivalent including Maths, English and Science

● Strong attention to detail, being able to multitask and work to deadlines

● Good organisational skills along with strong written and verbal communications

● Good working knowledge of Google Sheets, forms and slides
