Teaching Assistant
Salary: £80 - £90 per day
Job Type: Long Term
Contract length: 12 months
We are currently representing a school who are looking to hire a committed and passionate Teaching Assistant to join their staff for next term.
Responsibilities
The ideal Teaching Assistant for this position will be someone who is enthusiastic, passionate, and willing to get involved in the community of this school.
The expectations for this role is a Teaching Assistant who is confident in the key competencies of their subject area, and has a broad knowledge base and understanding of the curriculum requirements to guide student learning.
It is important to this school that the Teaching Assistant they hire is able to analyse assessment data and use it to inform lesson planning and structure.
The Teaching Assistant appointed to this position will need to establish and maintain the standards of pupil behaviour required to create an orderly and productive environment.
Qualifications/Experience
You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, to be eligible for this role.
To be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
