About the role: We’re searching for a dedicated and dynamic KS2 Teacher to join our exceptional, two-form entry primary school in Ealing, starting January 2025! As our new KS2 Teacher, you’ll take the lead in creating engaging and challenging lessons that inspire curiosity and joy in learning. You’ll work closely with supportive colleagues, dedicated TAs, and a hardworking governing body that shares your commitment to achieving the best for every child. We believe in high expectations for both learning and behaviour, and our students rise to the challenge, thriving under your guidance and creativity.

Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience in KS2 teaching.
• A passion for creating a positive, inclusive classroom.
• Willingness to support and uphold the school’s values of respect, kindness, and achievement.
• Experience adapting teaching strategies to support diverse learning needs, including working with ARP (Additionally Resourced Provisions) students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver innovative, stimulating lessons for KS2 students that align with the curriculum and inspire progress.
• Support students' unique learning styles and developmental needs with sensitivity and skill.
• Collaborate with speech and language ARP specialists to develop inclusive teaching strategies.
• Participate in whole-school events and contribute to a positive school culture.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and orderly classroom environment that promotes student wellbeing.
