Teaching and Learning: Deliver high-quality and engaging lessons to Year 5 students and understands the importance of the whole curriculum
Leadership: Assume responsibility for a designated area within the school, leading initiatives to drive improvement and innovation.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive working environment.
Data Analysis: Use data effectively to monitor student progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement targeted interventions.
Parental Engagement: Build positive relationships with parents and carers, fostering a strong home-school partnership.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Hold a recognized teaching qualification with QTS.
Experience: Have proven experience as a successful KS2 Teacher with a track record of raising standards.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrate leadership potential and a desire to take on additional responsibilities within a middle leadership role.
Innovation: Bring creative and innovative ideas to contribute to the continuous improvement of the school.
