About the role: Higher Level Teaching Assistant: Are you a passionate and dedicated HLTA looking for a new opportunity? • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons.
• Leading small group interventions and supporting individual students.
• Assisting with planning and assessment to ensure all students make progress.
• Covering classes when the teacher is absent, ensuring a smooth continuation of learning.
• Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
