About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join our team in September 2024. This full-time, long-term position is available due to a team expansion as part of our commitment to enhancing our Key Stage 1 provision. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a dynamic and enthusiastic Year 1 class of 25 students. Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong background in teaching Key Stage 1.
• Proven experience in delivering engaging lessons and managing a classroom effectively.
• Knowledge and experience in supporting SEN students is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality, differentiated instruction in line with the National Curriculum.
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports the needs of all students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and implementing strategies to support their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities.
