Experienced Copywriter – Permanent – Hybrid – Manchester City Centre – Salary up to £35k

New Position – An Exciting Opportunity!

Reporting into Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting all marketing across various channels, including SEO, CRM, CRO, Social, and Internal Communications.

Responsibilities:

Create high-quality and engaging written content for various marketing channels, including website copy, email campaigns, social media posts, and internal communications.

Collaborate with marketing manager to develop content strategies that enhance SEO, CRM, and CRO initiatives.

Craft compelling and effective copy for social media platforms to drive brand awareness and audience engagement.

Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all communication channels.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for content creation.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate our content.

Manage and optimise content on our company website (WordPress)

Embrace a data-driven approach, monitoring and analysing performance metrics, and using data to inform content strategies and tactics.

Skills Required:

Must have proven experience as a Copywriter, within a commercial environment

Experience of promoting a service rather than a product

Experience of working in a b2b sector ie, professional/financial services would be desirable

Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of writing samples across different channels.

Familiarity with SEO best practices and the ability to optimise content for search engines

Experience with CRM and understanding of how to tailor content for segmented audiences

Knowledge of CRO principles and the ability to create persuasive and conversion-focused copy

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

WordPress proficiency is preferred

Salary up to £35k, hybrid working, flexible hours (core 10am-4pm), pension, healthcare plan, 24 days holiday (increasing after 2 years service)
