Dayshift Mechanical Engineer - Ayrshire - £40K+
Are you a driven Mechanical Engineer looking to excel in a fast-moving, global manufacturing environment? Our Ayrshire team offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills while working with a group of talented engineers on innovative projects. Join us at a pivotal time of growth and change and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our production capabilities.
Purpose of the Role: To support and maintain high-efficiency production through expert mechanical engineering.
Are you who we’re looking for?
You’ve completed a time-served mechanical engineering apprenticeship or have equivalent practical experience.
You bring strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to the table.
You’re able to react efficiently to equipment breakdowns and adjust to new maintenance challenges as they arise.
You work well within teams, communicating effectively with engineering and production personnel.
You’re self-motivated, able to work autonomously, and committed to continuous improvement.
You adhere to strict Health and Safety regulations.
