CDP/Chef - up to £13 an hour - Evenings Off

Job Brief:

Assist with kitchen service, preparation, and general duties.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety and EHO guidelines.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to maintain excellent service standards.
Monitor sanitation practices and food presentation.
Prepare and produce food to the highest quality.
Ideal Candidate:

NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent experience in a busy kitchen.
Basic IT skills for menu planning and stock management.
Experience in menu production and bulk cooking.
Enthusiasm to learn and develop new skills.
