Role Overview
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for proactively promoting our care services, building brand awareness, and executing marketing strategies to support the growth and development of the company. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with a passion for marketing and help a business develop.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
* Brand Promotion: Increase brand visibility through digital marketing, social media, content creation, and PR activities.
* Lead Generation: Develop campaigns that generate leads and increase inquiries for our care services.
* Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and opportunities for service development.
* Partnerships & Networks: Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, referral networks, and community organisations.
* Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for newsletters, social media, blogs, and promotional materials.
* Event Management: Organize and manage community events, open days, and other promotional activities.
* Analytics: Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, reporting on ROI and adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications and Skills
* Experience: Previous experience in marketing and in particular social media.
* Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
* Digital Marketing Skills: Proficiency in social media management, SEO, content marketing, and email campaigns.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for detail.
* Creative & Analytical: A creative mindset with the ability to analyse data and optimize marketing efforts.
* Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
