SEN Teacher Assistant - Full Time - North London - November Start

We are currently recruiting for a SEN teacher Assistant to work full time at a special needs school based in North London. This special needs school go above and beyond for young autistic individuals to help create a vibrant and happy learning environment, encouraging them to unlock their full potential.
Responsibilities:
Keeping up to date with safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school
Understanding learning barriers and finding ways to overcome them
Value and use differences and diversities in learning support
Support teaching and learning with a view to reducing direct support and maximise learner independence wherever possible Benefits:
