Malvern College seeks an enthusiastic and driven Advancement Director to join our team. This role is ideal for a candidate with a background in Development, Fundraising, Marketing, and/or Admissions who is ready to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic educational setting.
As the Advancement Director, you will:
Create, manage, and oversee Malvern College’s strategic plan for Advancement.
Work closely with, and report directly to, the Headmaster.
Lead and inspire the Advancement Team to execute on key strategic initiatives and achieve excellence in all areas.
About You: The ideal candidate will possess:
A strong background in Development, Fundraising, Marketing, or Admissions.
Highly developed leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
A diplomatic, open-minded approach with the ability to persuade, negotiate, and influence others.
High levels of cultural awareness and emotional intelligence, essential for effective relationship-building and collaboration.
