✍️ Role overview:
As the first Digital Marketing Graphic Designer, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping this company’s brand and marketing strategy with eye-catching and creative graphics. Your work will span social media, web, print, and offline channels, supporting impactful campaigns that reach the right audiences and align with the brand’s vision. The role offers a dynamic work environment in a fast-growing, values-driven start-up, with a team dedicated to innovation, growth, and sustainability.
The right candidate will be required to create digital images, materials, and other marketing collaterals following the brand guidelines, messaging strategy, and marketing priorities, tailoring all content to the specifics of the media channel, meeting the technical requirements for maximum results, visibility and engagement. You will be expected to read copy and visualise it with clear images and icons, while working with other team members and agencies, coordinating the content deliverables for each new campaign. Conducting market research and keeping up with current trends are essential aspects of the job, while meet project deadlines and adhering to critical paths are likewise just as essential!
✅ What you’re good at:
- Degree in Graphic Design with a portfolio showcasing versatile design skills
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, animation, and art direction
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent software
- Ability to work under deadlines in high-pressure environments
- A collaborative, kind approach to teamwork
