A bit about the job:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the voice of Aviva, providing outstanding service to our customers via phone, live chat, and email. Your primary responsibility will be to understand and meet each customer's unique needs, taking ownership of their cases and ensuring their satisfaction. You'll gain in-depth knowledge of our products, develop your understanding of our customer base, and eventually earn an accreditation that will empower you to make personalized recommendations. What you'll get for this role:
- Salary - £28,500 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary, actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's
- Generous pension scheme - Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in
