Founded in 2005, our sales & lettings business sits within a larger group of multi-disciplined property services, with a national presence. So, who are we looking for?
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for property and a proven track record in land acquisition and new home sales. You will have a strong background in identifying land opportunities and driving new home scheme sales across key markets.
The ideal candidate thrives in client-facing roles, building and nurturing relationships with both existing and potential clients. You will be comfortable developing pricing schedules and crafting market-leading sales proposals while ensuring a smooth and strategic approach to business development.
As a natural leader, you will manage and mentor a junior sales team, guiding them to success through hands-on support and strategic leadership. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, ensuring that new home sales projects are well-integrated into broader company goals, while also driving innovative solutions to sales progression challenges.
We are looking for someone who can take the initiative in organising and attending new home launch events and identify growth opportunities through market research and networking. The ability to balance immediate sales goals with long-term client relationships is essential.

- Identify and secure land opportunities for clients, ensuring alignment with their development goals.
- Source new homes scheme sales opportunities in Birmingham City Centre, Solihull, and Nottingham, driving growth in these areas.
- Create comprehensive pricing schedules and market-leading sales proposals for new homes, ensuring competitiveness and value.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients while actively introducing new clients to the business, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Maintain regular contact with all active clients, providing weekly updates through both informal communication and structured progress reports.
- Plan, organise, and attend new homes launch events and open days, ensuring successful project rollouts.
- Proactively drive new homes sales, developing strategies to maximise sales performance and meet targets.
- Assist the team to overcome sales progression challenges, ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in sales leadership within the property, land, or new homes sector.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with a track record of developing successful partnerships with developers.
- A natural leader with the ability to inspire and guide a team to success.
- Excellent networking abilities and a proactive approach to driving new business.
- Passionate about the property industry and staying ahead of market trends.
