Your mission:


You'll be the driving force behind growing our client portfolio in Germany. You will work together with the case managers and underwriters to successfully grow our German business by managing all client relationships, developing new distribution partners and converting loan applications into loan closings. You will report directly to the Head of Germany and will have your own client coverage area.


In this role, you will:


  • Visit credit intermediaries to establish relationship and nurture relationships;
  • Convert financing needs into viable loan applications;
  • Engage in general public relations, sales and marketing activities; and
  • Play an integral part in scaling Fiduciam to multi-billion success.


About you:


  • Ambitious and driven relationship builder;
  • Natural sales person;
  • Highly organised, dedicated, and perform with attention to detail;
  • A university degree in business or economics with solid results;
  • Hands-on, motivated and proactive;
  • An excellent communicator both written and verbal in English and German;
  • Eager to learn and push your boundaries in a growing company;
  • Enjoy working in an international environment;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools;
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
