Customer Success Specialist

Bristol - Hybrid


The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for driving the EVONA brands lead generation efforts, with a focus on automated marketing strategies and top-down sales approaches. This role will play a critical part in scaling the Group’s reach in niche sectors like Aerospace, Defense, and Deep Tech.


This role will involve working with the recruiters to identify trends and gaps. Translating this into meaningful outreach content; working with the marketing partner to drive outreach; Fielding client responses and organising new client calls; Building relationships with said clients to demonstrate EVONA’s full offering; Then constantly refining the process. This role will involve working with multiple stakeholders, so you will need a deep understanding of recruiting and a passion for marketing.


This role has the potential to develop and take on the full responsibility for growth marketing. Driving lead generation and socials, focused on growing clients, candidates, and TA.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Trend Identification & Analysis: Collaborate with recruiters to identify industry trends and gaps, translating insights into impactful outreach content.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to drive outreach campaigns and increase engagement through targeted content.
  • Client Management: Field client inquiries, organize new client calls, and build strong relationships to showcase EVONA’s full range of services.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously refine and improve the outreach and client engagement process based on feedback and results.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment across recruiting, marketing, and client relationship management efforts.
  • Growth Marketing Development: With the potential to take on full responsibility for growth marketing strategies, including lead generation, social media, and client/candidate attraction.
  • Lead Generation & Social Media: Drive lead generation and social media engagement, with a focus on expanding client, candidate, and talent acquisition networks.


Qualifications:

  • Skills: Recruitment, client engagement, client relationship development, passion for marketing
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working in niche markets such as Aerospace, Defense, or Deep Tech is a plus.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to create compelling lead generation content and pitches.
  • Drive: Someone who does not like taking no for an answer and is not afraid to push clients.
