Senior Associate - Corporate M&A - 4+ PQE - London - Salary £140k+

The Firm

This prestigious law firm is seeking a driven and experienced Managing Associate to join its highly regarded Corporate team. The successful candidate will play a central role in advising a range of high-profile clients on significant M&A transactions, capital markets, and corporate restructurings, as well as taking on a leadership role within the team.

The firm’s Corporate M&A practice is known for its strong international client base, which includes multinational corporations, financial institutions, and private equity firms. The team works on complex, high-value transactions across a broad range of sectors, fostering strong client relationships and delivering expert legal advice that is both commercially and strategically focused.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be 4+ PQE, Corporate Managing Associate from a reputable city law firm or leading practice. You should have a strong background in M&A transactions, private equity, and/or corporate finance, along with a track record of providing commercially driven advice on complex, multi-jurisdictional deals.

Leadership experience, including mentoring junior team members, is essential, as is a commitment to excellence in client service.
