Part Time Sales Assistant

We are currently searching for a part time 30h Sales Assistant who would like to join the sales staff in our King's Road store.

According to your working experience and seniority, you will:

• Provide an excellent service to our customers and grant them the best shopping experience in store and through new digital devices
• Activate all CRM strategies to build a loyal client base in order to enhance the shop economic results
• Monitor stockroom standards and grant right product assortment on the floor
• Attend to deliveries within day of arrival
• Diplomatically handle complaints and critical situations with customers and colleagues

Experience and skills required

• Previous experience in retail environment, in particular for fashion premium luxury brands
• Ability to work autonomously and in a dynamic environment
• Ability to conduct successful sales activities in store and using new digital devices (social media, digital platforms etc.)
• Ability to prioritise work load, meet deadlines and specified standards
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Customer oriented, organised and with a positive/constructive attitude
• Good knowledge of a foreign language will be considered a plus
