Key things they are looking for:

• Someone that has experience working with multiple brands in the digital and social media marketing space
• Strong communicator, client-facing, can use their own initiative - they are a growing team and need someone that can hit the ground running!
• Can manage and work on a diverse range of tasks; from influencer engagement to campaign activation, using social listening and digital SEO tools to provide insight and intelligence
• Worked, and enjoy working, in designing digital campaigns and activating digital platforms that aren’t just for consumer audiences – complex audiences are our speciality
• Good experience of working within digital platforms including, but not limited to, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter and YouTube
• A native understanding of good social content and the ability to create simple assets in Canva
• A good understanding of social media and analytics software (Hootsuite, Meltwater, SEMrush, Klear, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Experience of delivering strategic plans and inspiring creative briefs that achieve brand objectives and deliver measurable results

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of digital and social media marketing experience
• Have a good understanding of digital platforms and tools
• Have a track-record of delivering successful digital programmes for influencer, organic, web and SEO
• Experience working within agency/consultancy or in-house role within a commercial or patient/professional group setting
