Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Insurance Account Executive to manage client relationships and cater to their individual insurance needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the insurance industry, coupled with outstanding sales abilities. This role is a hybrid role based in Northampton.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and carers.
  • Assess client needs and provide customized insurance solutions.
  • Conduct thorough policy reviews and provide recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.


Qualifications:


  • Strong understanding of the insurance industry.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Cert CII qualification is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
