Job Description
Lead Technical Sales Engineer
As a Lead Technical Sales Engineer at Honeywell, in the Clean Hydrogen and Carbon Capture area of Honeywell Sustainable Technology Solutions. The position will be based in Bracknell.
You will be primarily accountable for assessing technical needs and needs of clean hydrogen and carbon capture inquiries, developing technical proposals, and promoting sales during the development of commercial proposals. You will interface with our engineering disciplines and our customers, participate in business and sales strategy meetings, guide pricing and engineering reviews with our leadership teams.
Typical projects will range in value from $1 – $100 million dollars.

Duties
· Manage technology selection, process configuration, and proposal strategies driving the development of technical proposals and deliverables as return to customer inquiries.
· Develop economic studies for the technology being offered.
· Articulate quantified economic benefits of clean hydrogen and carbon capture offerings.
· Configure and run process simulations for clean hydrogen and carbon capture technologies.
· Prepare commercial summaries for project opportunities, presenting and explaining commercial summaries to senior management in review meetings.
Key skills and qualifications
· Bachelor's in chemical engineering.
· 8+ years working with selling/proposing licensed technologies and/or process equipment, and/or engineering design services in oil and gas industry and ability to travel to customer worldwide.
· Prior technical sales or process engineering with clean hydrogen, carbon capture, gas processing, or treating technologies and with Aspen, ProTreat, ProComp, and Hysis simulation tools
· Ability to size process equipment and prepare equipment lists and data sheets, ability to guide design review meetings with execution and management and Advanced knowledge of Unisim
· Ability to conduct CAPEX/OPEX economic studies to establish optimum solutions
