Brand New Facility!
We are looking for an electrically biased maintenance engineer to join our brand-new manufacturing facility in Northampton!
We are the only business of its kind in the whole of the UK with a completely unique process. Our plant has been operational for just over a year with state of the art brand new machinery and we are looking to expand our team as we move into full production.
Plans are in place to further expand the maintenance team over the next 12 months as we continue to grow.
Role and Responsibilities
Day to day your role will involve both reactive and planned maintenance of industrial plant machinery – You’ll be working on extrusion machinery, hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, shredders, compactors, and cutting machinery.
You’ll be an essential part of the process in maintaining overall uptime and in order to maximise OEE.
You’ll be involved in continuous improvements and reliability as we continue to grow, the role won’t be purely reactive firefighting!
The Successful Engineer
Multi skilled engineer with an electrical bias with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an industrial maintenance engineer
Ideally qualified to a Level 3 minimum in a maintenance practice (NVQ/City and Guilds/Indentured apprenticeship/HNC/D)
Engineers from all industrial backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
