Contract Permanent - Full Time Working Hours 37 hours Monday to Friday Hybrid Working 2 days working from the office and 3 days working from home About the role This is an amazing opportunity for career driven graduates who want to develop within an ambitious and fast-growing organisation focused on playing an active part in supporting societies drive to achieve the significant renewable and decarbonisation targets for 2030 and beyond. We are very excited to be offering this unique structured two-year training programme within our regulation department, where you will be given the opportunity to learn directly alongside our energy industry experts, with a particular focus on renewables, generation and wholesale market issues! Following a comprehensive induction to our overall business, you will embark on the Energy Policy Graduate Programme. This will include an introductory session on what we do in regulation, followed by a varied programme of development and experience covering regulatory, policy and market-related issues in renewables, generation and wholesale markets. You will quickly become a subject matter expert helping to influence energy policy and market developments. Our Energy Policy Graduate Programme is structured to bring out the very best in you and give you the opportunity to excel in an analytical and commercial role, where being curious and inquisitive are key attributes for success. To aid your development in this fast-paced environment, youll be assigned an experienced mentor who will relay their knowledge to assist with your ongoing skills development, helping you take your first steps towards becoming a future leader within our business. Commencing in September 2025, were looking for exceptional graduates from a varied skillset to become part of the dynamic regulation team. About you Hold a degree in a discipline with a high level of analytical content, including but not limited to; Law, Finance, Economics or STEM subject by September 2025 Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working individually as well as part of a team. Strong attention to detail.
