About the role:
As a KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching an enthusiastic and diverse group of students, helping them grow academically and personally. Supported by an experienced and well-trained teaching assistant, you’ll have the resources and collaborative environment needed to deliver high-quality lessons and promote active learning.
Our beautiful, well-equipped classrooms are designed to inspire learning, and our lovely outdoor spaces provide a breath of fresh air, creating opportunities for creative outdoor activities. Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience or enthusiasm for teaching KS2 pupils.
• Strong classroom management skills with a positive and engaging teaching style.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that supports the diverse needs of all students.
• Use a variety of assessment methods to monitor and track student progress, adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.
• Work collaboratively with your teaching assistant and fellow staff to support individual learners and small groups.
• Engage with parents and caregivers to ensure they are informed and involved in their child’s education journey.
