The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality recruitment solutions to clients. Youll utilise your recruitment expertise to manage the end-to-end process, including client engagement, candidate sourcing, and placement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a 360-degree recruitment process, including business development, candidate engagement, and successful placements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across multiple sectors, including Financial Services, Technology, Renewable Energy, Life Sciences, Legal and Compliance, and Engineering.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and networking to identify high-calibre candidates.
• Provide consultative advice to clients and candidates, ensuring a professional and transparent service throughout the hiring process.
• Achieve and exceed sales and performance targets, contributing to the continued growth of the business.
• Stay updated on industry trends to position yourself as a trusted advisor in the market.

About You

• A proven track record in recruitment with a minimum of 3+ years experience.
• Expertise in at least one of the following sectors: Financial Services, Technology, Renewable Energy, Life Sciences, Legal and Compliance, or Engineering.
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, with a consultative approach.
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A proactive and resilient attitude with a passion for delivering results.
