This position serves as the primary liaison between AMS and its clients, ensuring smooth communication, client satisfaction, and strong business relationships.This role is responsible for overall day-to-day account management, communication execution between client and AMS and ensure overall success through proactive management action.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, long-term relationships
- Understand clients' business needs, goals and challenges
- Build and maintain relationships with assigned clients
- Responsible for all internal and field operation communication to ensure client expectations are met
- Develop and monitor service program performance metrics to ensure program success
- Takes ownership and setting objectives based on client needs
- Responsible for attending all meetings, trainings and events associated with assigned clients
- Provide additional information or materials that may be needed with managing projects to ensure client satisfaction
- Work with AMS corporate support staff (to include Client Services, Operations, Accounting, Human Resources, etc.) to develop and maintain all program processes and procedures
- Manage and resolve all internal/external customer differences
- Provide reports and updates to field and executive management team regularly
- Comply with all customer and AMS policies and procedures
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- 2-5 years previous retail and account management experience required
- 1-2 years previous customer service experience required
- College degree or equivalent experience required
- Developed client-relation skills
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business needs dictate
- Travel as required
- Ability to exhibit strategic and executional capabilities
- Must be Microsoft Office proficient with strong Excel acumen
- Excellent communication, presentation, written and technical skills required
- Ability to work independently and with minimal direct supervision
