Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a nonprofit service organization seeking a part time Administrative Assistant to provide support to staff and members. If you bring experience with administrative support and the ability to work in a self-directed environment, apply now!
This is a part time role 3 days/week not to exceed 24 hours, fully on site.
Responsibilities:
Manage files and documentation
Answer and screen calls; direct to appropriate staff as needed
Act as first point of contact for members and handle initial intake
Maintain communication with staff, vendors, and members
Update spreadsheets
Send email and marketing communication
Manage dropbox
Qualifications/Background Profile:
Minimum HS Diploma, College degree preferred
Proficient with MS Office
Knowledge of QuickBooks, social and email marketing tools a plus
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize competing priorities

This job is In-Person.
Pay Range: Hourly $18.00 to $20.00
