Production Operator II

Job Title: Production Operator II Location: von MA 02322 Duration: 05months (with possibility of extension) Work: Onsite Shift Timing: M-F 3:30 pm - Midnight Description: Training will be completed on First shift 6am - 2:30 pm, However, Position is for 2nd Shift 3:30pm-midnight. Follow established procedures and guidelines to form a variety of simple, manual tasks that form part of a production process. Manufacturing Production Workers focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production (i.e., machining, processing, assembly, or packaging) equipment including: Setup the production equipment and supplies before executing the job orders. Operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing. Ensure that equipment is maintained in good and safe working condition. Inspect equipment to identify any replacements, malfunctions and repairs. Perform regular equipment maintenance to ensure production capacity and quality. Repair and clean the equipment when needed. Records movement of incoming and outgoing materials and supplies and verify the accuracy of work performed. Use independent judgment to manufacture the organization's products according to established production specifications and schedules; volume, cost, and wastage targets; and quality standards. Operate all relevant machinery, tools, and equipment and undertake standard and complex production tasks safely and in accordance with instructions. Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements. Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation. Under general supervision, handles and maintains flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas according to established guidelines.
