Job Description Field Project Manager – Concretex, LLC - Concrete Fence Company Join a rapidly expanding company with a niche product doing business primarily in the Central Texas Region. Concretex manufactures and installs pre-fabricated concrete fence. Our primary customers include all of the major homebuilders as well as multiple commercial general contractors. The ideal candidate will coordinate with 7-8 installation crews in the field to ensure that the work performed meets the customer’s requirements and Concretex’s quality and deliverable standards. He/She will assist with scheduling the installation teams as well as working with the manufacturing department on product scheduling. The role will involve driving and checking on the progress from the various installation teams around Central Texas. There will be meetings at the office at least once a week. Job Requirements: Reside in the Central Texas area 3 years’ experience as a construction manager or in a similar position in construction management. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Able to manage field representatives and multiple projects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Accurate and precise attention to detail. Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions. Self-motivated and self-directed. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and experience with Project Management software. Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules. Bilingual – Spanish/English. College Degree but not required. J-18808-Ljbffr
