Employee Assistance Practitioner

Position: Employee Assistance Practitioner Industry: Mining Industry. Location: Phalaborwa, Limpopo South Africa. Salary: Market related. Qualifications: Grade 12 with math or accounting. Bachelors degree in social work or clinical psychology/equivalent qualifications. Registered with the Council for Social Work/EAPA SA/Medical Board. Valid Drivers License. Must have own Transport. Experience : 5 years plus relevant experience, inclusive of exposure to Industrial Social work, Group work, Community interventions. Speaking fluently in English, Nort Sotho, Xitsonga Excellent communicating skills High stress tolerance, Emotional stability Responsibilities: Developing/reviewing HIV/AIDS policies & procedures with relevant Stakeholders. Coordinating overall wellness, disease management systems, including HIV/AIDS & TB. Promoting and monitoring health &Safety PWA (Confidentiality (Administering ARV Programme. Implementing of SANS 16001 wellness and disease Management systems in the Mining Division as per recommended guidelines from relevant stakeholders. Conducting Death Benefit-lead investigations as soon as possible after the funeral, compiling a report with recommendations to Benefits Administration Office/ Trustees.
