Our international team operates entirely remotely, and we’re eager to expand by adding a Marketing Project Manager to our CMO services team.

About the Role:

As we continue to expand our portfolio and reach, we are seeking a skilled B2B Marketing Project Manager to join our team.

You will be working with cross-functional teams and specialists to ensure that all deliverables are executed on time. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for project management, a deep understanding of SaaS products, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. Typical Project Types:
  1. End-to-end campaign management
  2. Product and feature launches
  3. Tradeshow and conference management
  4. B2B communications including sales enablement tool creation, social media, paid and organic initiatives
  5. WordPress website builds
Qualifications:

Experience: 3-5 years managing B2B marketing projects from start to finish.

Client Management: Proven client-facing experience with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust.

Project Management Skills: Expertise in project management, including budgeting, with proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. PMP or similar certifications are a plus.

SaaS Knowledge: Solid understanding of SaaS products and the B2B SaaS landscape.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including offshore teams.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for anticipating challenges and crafting innovative solutions.

Organization: Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
