We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator to join their team and assist in driving business development through effective communication, data management, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Email Marketing: Enrol prospects in relevant business development and email marketing campaigns and provide administrative support to track campaign performance and outcomes.
- Content Management: Assist with posting content to the company website and manage social media channels to promote brand visibility and engagement.
- Sales Support: Follow up with contacts from dormant or lost opportunities and enrol them in appropriate email campaigns to rekindle engagement.
- Data Cleansing & Qualification: Reach out to prospective companies via phone to identify best point of contact for follow-up.
- CRM Administration: Create, update, and maintain prospect contact details, ensuring the CRM system is accurate and up to date.
- Sales Administration: Provide administrative support to the Internal Sales Manager, assisting in the management of existing customer accounts and day-to-day sales operations.
- General Support: Answer incoming calls, monitor email inquiries, and assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Monday to Friday 40hrs a week with early finish Friday
What were looking for:
- Previous experience in a sales support or marketing administration role.
- Strong telephone communication skills and confidence in reaching out to potential clients.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data management.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms and campaign management.
- Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with content management systems and social media platforms is a plus.
