In this role, youll be at the heart of our social media strategy, managing Webcares social media presence across multiple platforms, creating and scheduling engaging content, and keeping our brands at the forefront of industry trends.
As our apprentice, youll collaborate closely with our performance and content teams to craft both paid and organic campaigns, analyse performance, and fine-tune strategies to increase reach and engagement. You'll also respond to comments and inquiries, maintain key partnerships, and serve as the go-to contact for press and media interactions, helping to build Webcares brand reputation and secure high-profile media coverage.

A Typical Day in the Job:
Planning and executing social media strategy for Webcare brands
Running all of the company social media accounts
Conceiving and developing content ideas for paid and non-paid social media campaigns, in conjunction with the wider team
Managing and scheduling social media content as part of a wider publishing calendar
Ensuring social media content complies with regulatory and platform requirements
Actively monitoring social media trends and, where possible, using these to inform content ideation
Monitoring press and journalist requests on social media and PR networks, identifying and following through on opportunities for Webcare brands to feature
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
Salary, Hours & Benefits
£18,000 per annum
Monday Friday 9am-5pm

Due to the nature of the role you must be aged 18+ for this position
Grade 4 in English and Grade 5 in Maths is essential
Your Training with Baltic:
This apprenticeship provides the skills, qualification and experience you need to immerse yourself within an exciting, fast-moving industry and become an effective Content Creator
Beyond the fundamental apprenticeship modules, you'll delve into two Be-Spoke modules and one advanced Expert module. This personalised approach will hone your abilities and deepen your expertise, positioning you as a true leader in your field. The Be-Spoke and Expert modules you will complete are:
- Google Ads - Google Ads is one of the most powerful and widely used platforms in the marketing industry with 80% of global businesses using Google Ads for their PPC Campaigns.
- Adobe Creative Cloud: Premiere Pro - This platform offers a suite of creative tools, allowing participants to master graphic design, video editing, or web development to create, edit, and collaborate across various media seamlessly.
- Adobe Create Cloud: Photoshop - Design, edit, and enhance images with Photoshop.
