About the role: As a Supply TA, you’ll play an essential role in various schools, supporting students in reaching their potential, creating a structured and nurturing environment, and assisting teachers with classroom management. Each day is different, offering you an exciting chance to develop your skills and make connections across different schools. Dive into focused booster sessions, work with small groups or individual students, and help teachers deliver memorable lessons. You’ll play a vital role in supporting classroom activities, fostering student growth, and offering invaluable assistance where it’s needed most.

Application Requirements:
• Right to work in the UK.
• Experience working with children or relevant qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support classroom teachers across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 as needed.
• Assist low-achieving and SEN students, providing extra guidance.
• Manage and engage students during class activities.
• Support booster and intervention sessions for additional learning support.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to maintain a productive learning environment.
