Flooring Sales Advisor

Ashton Recruitment requires a Carpet Sales Advisor for our client based in Belfast Position: Carpet Sales Advisor Location: Belfast Duration: Temporary - Permanent Rate of Pay: £11.50 per hour + Commission Hours: 32.5 to 37.5 hours per week Duties will include (but not be limited to): Dealing with customers face to face and over the phone to ensure they purchase the right products/ services that they need. Carrying out home visits to take precise measurements and provide a home consultation service Sharing product knowledge and giving advice to customers Providing customers with estimates Responding to email / social media enquiries Updating customer details using a CRM software system Ensuring the store is kept presentable and tidy Supporting colleagues within the store Essential Criteria Strong communication skills Good understanding of arithmetic Experience of working in the carpet/ flooring industry Face to face sales experience Basic understanding of cutting/laying carpets Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent level of customer service Smart appearance Ashton Recruitment is acting as a Recruitment Business Skills: Carpet Sales Communication Sales Flooring
