Purpose of the Job
At Grantley Hall we have a unique opportunity for an experienced Spa Receptionist to join our award-winning Spa and the fantastic team, dedicated to delivering a memorable service to our guests all day and every day. This role is perfect for a spa and health enthusiast who loves a varied role!
This role is ideally suited to someone who has been a Receptionist previously, who is confident with computer systems, figures and who wishes to focus on the front of house customer service side of the Spa.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks such as coordination of the spas appointment and schedule according to standards
- Advise guests of spa services, packages and treatments as well as provide sound product information on all retail products available
- Assist in promoting spa treatments and offer full product knowledge prior to treatment service
- Be responsible for setting up and maintaining a tidy reception area
- Assist in answering all telephone communication, demonstrating telephone etiquette and patience at all times
- Offer a warm and friendly welcome to all guests upon arrival to the spa
- Manage the registration of guests, make bookings, provide information for guests and assist the spa communication process witin the spa
- Ensure safe procedures are always followed
- Handle guest comments, complaints and concerns and escalate them to the appropriate individuals
