It builds on that rich legacy through Borderless Creativity – innovating at the intersections of its advertising, public relations, relationship design, consulting, and health capabilities with experts collaborating seamlessly across over 120 offices in nearly 90 countries. Ogilvy currently ranks as the #1 global agency network for creative excellence and effectiveness by WARC, signifying its ability to deliver creative solutions that drive unreasonable impact for clients and communities. Ogilvy is a WPP company (NYSE: WPP). About Ogilvy:

Our vision is to inspire brands and people to impact the world. To create big ideas that make a significant contribution to the planet, society, and the bottom line. We believe in today’s world this is the best way for our clients to achieve sustainable growth. We achieve this by breaking down the barriers that restrict talent and ideas.

Which is why our teams work fluidly across 5 capabilities: Advertising, Consulting, Experience, PR & Influencer, and Health. This allows us to not only operate but innovate at the intersection of capabilities and talent. We believe impact and magic lies at this intersection. Ogilvy scales this by seamlessly connecting and accessing the deep cultural expertise of 132 offices in 83 countries.

The result is multifaceted ideas for our clients that drive impact and are born from the intersection of platform x culture x technology.

We call this Borderless Creativity.

Ogilvy was ranked the number one UK agency at D&AD and was the only UK agency to win a Glass Lions at Cannes. Ogilvy was also nominated network of the year in Cannes Lions, Campaign, Effie Awards EMEA, London International Awards, The One Show and WARC Rankings.

In 2022, Ogilvy was the most creatively awarded agency globally – including the most awarded agency at the Clio Awards, DMA Awards, Influencer Marketing Awards, London International Awards and The One Show.

Ogilvy UK’s PR practice won large agency of the year at the PR Week awards. And our Consulting practice was in the Forbes 2022 list of best management consultancy firms.

The Role:

How would you like to make iconic work that defines us? You’ll play a key role in coming up with ideas that make people stop and think, seeing them through to highly crafted execution across our clients. Part curious mind with a glimmer of mischief, you see ideas where others can’t. You'll be on your way to honing your well-crafted creative skill set, primarily within integrated advertising, but with an in-depth understanding and appreciation of global culture, user behaviour and social trends.

As a Mid-Level Creative Team at Ogilvy, you will be given the opportunity to create campaigns that live and breath in culture, making a real impact for our clients. Great ideas work in any channel, but some are born out of a specific channel insight or understanding of a platform. Here, you will be expected to embrace boundless imagination, where your ideas work on any platform, channel or format. You are a lifelong learner, always tinkering or browsing. You’ll keep your eye sharp and you will be constantly absorbing anything interesting, from the latest print campaign doing the rounds through to gamer culture, innovative media, technology launches and social trends... anything that helps you create relevant, interesting work.

As an advocate for your own career development, you will build your own potential as you make your mark in the industry. Your unwavering dedication to your craft will form strong bonds with your teammates, fostering a spirit of learning and inspiration that permeates every corner of our agency. Together, you will push the boundaries of what is possible, setting new standards of excellence and propelling the industry forward.

We're deeply committed to providing you with the support you need to not only succeed but to truly thrive and produce groundbreaking, industry-defining work. We’re looking for interesting and diverse minds. We’ll do our part to give you the training, tools and resources to do your best work, in a rewarding work environment.

At Ogilvy you won't just be working on campaigns, you'll be writing the future of the agency.

If you want to make famous work, we’d love to chat to you.
