Job Description
We are looking for a driven and experienced Online trading Manager to join a womens fashion brand with an online and retail presence. It is an extremely exciting time to be joining the business as the company is going through a large overhaul. You will be responsible for the optimisation of the new SFCC platform and heading up an exciting push into new international markets.
This role is based in Central London office 5 days a week
Main Responsibilities will include:
- Maximise online sales through maximising conversion, site traffic and ATV
- Ecommerce team management - motivate and develop the team
- Analyse and optimise all online customer journeys & cross-device conversion
- Investigate & help resolve any issues affecting the interaction of the ERP & BM.
- Continually work to prevent and remove any blockers to sale.
- Critique platform and product performances; recommending and implementing optimisations such product recommendations, searchandising and so on.
- Implement bi-weekly homepage design updates across all online channels; in line with marketing emails and sitewide operations.
- Report and analyse the - weekly trade report and share quick weekly wins.
- Analyse and report upon competitor activity; including offers, social media
- Work closely with third-parties to develop the platform
- Manage, with third-party and in house support from Marketing; affiliates and paid shopping campaigns
- Create, develop and implement strategies to increase online sales in the UK and internationally
Person Specification:
- Minimum of four years' experience managing an ecommerce team.
- Strong experience of the Salesforce ecommerce platform
- Experience of email marketing platforms such as dot digital or bloomreach
- Experience of the Microsoft Office suite; particularly Excel, Outlook and Word
- Strong experience of Google Analytics or Adobe SiteCatalyst
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop a small team of colleagues
- Proactive & driven to ensure the online business is maximised to its full potential
- Ability to analyse, track and improve the online customer journey.
- A solid understanding of or experience in womenswear retail is preferred.
- Clear and effective communicator, comfortable presenting to all levels within the business
- Ability to adhere to tight deadlines; both planned and reactionary
