Are you a dynamic marketing professional looking to make a significant impact?
We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our Marketing & Business Development strategy. This position is crucial for delivering strategic performance marketing campaigns aimed at generating leads and contributing to business growth.
You will be instrumental in supporting the business with marketing plans as opportunities arise and will take ownership of our suite of content and publications, a key driver for gathering contacts and leads. Working closely alongside the Marketing and Communications Manager, this role will play a critical role in delivering marketing campaigns, and supporting the firm with marketing plans when opportunities arise.
We offer hybrid working at Walker Morris, so you'll be able to split your time between home and the office, with 2-3 days in the office per week.
Implementing centrally managed, strategic marketing campaigns across all channels.
Working with partners and fee-earners to develop and implement other/ad-hoc marketing plans and campaigns to support the growth of their areas.
Carrying out campaign research to inform direction of campaigns.
Working with the Marketing & Communications Manager to agree meaningful campaign objectives and execute the campaigns through to completion.
Continually monitoring and reporting on campaign objectives and their KPIs and make suggestions to optimise campaigns for maximum engagement.
Owning and managing the firm's suite of publications, podcasts and reactive content, including being responsible for the quality of content and its promotion through our email and social channels.
Working with our Digital Marketing Lead to improve the firm's email marketing - you'll be responsible for using A/B testing and best practice to improve engagement.
Writing social posts relating to publications, content and campaigns to achieve maximum engagement.
Supporting our Events Executive with planning and delivering promotional activity relating to events to achieve the highest number of attendees from the target audience.
A minimum 2 years' experience within a professional services environment would be preferred.
An understanding of how to create integrated campaigns to deliver stated objectives through the right choice of channel.
Experience of delivering impactful marketing through a broad range of tactics including email, social media, thought leadership and other content, sponsorship, press and web.
An understanding of marketing and CRM data and how to use it to evaluate campaigns and continuously improve marketing activity.
Experience of creating and curating publications including newsletters, magazines and horizon scanners.
Excellent communication skills and an ability to work effectively with a broad range of internal clients and suppliers.
Strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
Ability to work confidentially and on highly confidential matters; respecting and maintaining the confidentiality of all information relating to Walker Morris and clients' matters and maintaining a high standard of the Walker Morris brand.
Flexible working split your time between home and the office, with 40-60% of your time spent in the office.
Annual Leave minimum of 25 days per year, increasing to 31 days with length of service. Also buy/sell holidays up to 5 days per year.
