About the role: KS2 Teaching Assistant: Are you passionate about helping young learners succeed? We’re looking for an enthusiastic KS2 Teaching Assistant to support boosters and interventions at a welcoming primary school in Havering. In this part-time role, you will work closely with teachers to help pupils reach their full potential, offering targeted support in small groups and 1:1 sessions. If you have experience working with SEN students, especially in KS2, this role will be a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

• Previous experience working in KS2 or with SEN students.

• Relevant qualifications or training in education or SEN support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support students in KS2 with targeted interventions and booster sessions.
• Work 1:1 or with small groups of children, providing tailored support for individual learning needs.
• Assist pupils with SEN to overcome barriers and help them stay engaged and motivated.
• Collaborate with teachers to create and implement effective learning plans.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
